Fellow Rainy Day Patriot Delegations,
I wanted to make sure you all had all the information about this September's March in DC. The 'Alabama Liberty Convoy' has reserved an entire hotel for the Alabama Patriots for a great rate! There are also buses scheduled to leave from all around the state sometime late Thursday Sept. 9th and returning Sunday Sept 12th. You can register for the buses and/or hotel at http://www.libertyconvoy.org/ even if you are flying or driving.

This is a 4 day event with symposiums and an expo all day Friday.
A 9-11 devotional will be held Saturday AM, then the march will begin and end with a rally at the Washington monument. The events are being organized by Unite in Action. Check out the website for all the details at http://www.marchondc.org/.

One more thing, Lyn Frederickson from our Birmingham group would love to come to your next group meeting or get together to tell you about her experience at last year's march and give you more information about this years event. If you would like her to come meet with you please give her a call at 205-908-4588.. or feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.

I had hoped to set up an BBQ outing during July, preferably around the beginning of July close to the 4th, but with vacations, holidays, the resignation of our President, lack of venue, and catching up from the hype generated by the primary runoff, things have been quite hectic. But now with school starting back, and life returning to normal, we should have things cranked up and going again at full speed this fall.

Thanks for getting in touch, we are planning a delegations meeting and will keep Nigel updated. Thanks.

Sorry that we kind of dropped the ball lately. Our delegation President, Zac, has stepped down to pursue his journey of free masonry. We are in the process of finding a new location for the meetings.

Additionally, I have just acquired ballot access for the House District 62 race in November. I therefore cannot take a leadership position.

Our delegation vice-president, Nigel, is working to get things going again and securing a new meeting place.
Please stay in contact with us and your fellow members. Maybe we can arrange a lunch-in meeting.

God Bless!
