Bill to bring back speed traps

It is not the intention of the Alabama Legislature to encourage speed traps but if SB8 is made into law that will be the result. The bill strikes the following language from Act 2010-564, 2010, Section 32-5A-171 of the Alabama Code.
"(8) A law enforcement officer or a peace officer of any incorporated municipality or town which has less than 19,000 inhabitants according to the most recent federal decennial census shall not enforce this section on any interstate highway.

David, it was great to see you again. It has been a long time. I am glad you are taking a part in bringing our country back to the People and the Constitution. We really need all the younger folks we can get in this movement as they have more energy than us older folks and can get more done. Once again, hope all yours is well and doing good.
