Online Poll: Should HB56 be credited with decreasing Alabama's jobless rate?

"Alabama is currently reducing its unemployment rate faster than any other state in the country. This is happening at the same general time that HB56, Alabama's new 'strongest in the nation' immigration law, is taking effect. In areas like Marshall County where the illegal alien population was very high, the unemployment rate has dropped three percent since the law was enacted. We'd like to know your opinion about how much effect HB56 has had on the jobless rate in Alabama."
