SHOULD U.S.ATTORNEY GENERAL BE ELECTED?

Hi Folks,              Should the U.S. Attorney General be an elected position? I'm beginning to think so.When U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder can go before Congress and admit he lied[PERJURY] to Congress. And withhold documents requested by congress[OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE] in the "Operation Fast&Furious"investigation[He knew about it in 2010].And he is't charged with a crime.Something is surely wrong here.Scooter Libby was convicted of lying to Congress- Roger Clemons is going to court for the same crime.As far as i'm concerned there is no accountability here for Eric Holder.He's Americas top law enforcement official."No one, not even Congress," is holding him accountable.Eric Holder should not only resign, but should be behind bars as well.Eric Holder and his cohorts have put people in federal prison doing serious time for doing the same thing[or less].Eric Holder is now out of excuses and using the race card.In order to enforce the law you must respect and obey the law.Our nations laws should apply equally to everyone.A total re-build of our federal justice system is in order starting with U.S. Attorney General's Office.We need to let him know he is not above the law.As a former law enforcement officer in[ good standing] in two states," I'm furious about this'.We must restore faith in our justice system.                                                                                                                           M.D.WHITE
