Washington for Code Red Rally - Fri. 3/19 MUST NOTIFY BY 3:45 to reserve room!

Today's been interesting in getting the plans together to go to Washington for the Code Red Rally taking place tomorrow at noon on the west lawn.

We're pretty much at the last minute on planning and here's where it currently stands:
We do not have a bus lined up and most likely won't.
So, we are caravaning with several cars already lined up to go.
We plan to meet up at Verizon Wireless Music Center (Oak Mountain Amphitheater).
We'll be on the side near the Pelham Civic Complex and will park cars there that are not going.
I did get permission to do that, if anyone is concerned and police patrol pretty often there.
We want to leave from Verizon at 7pm, so if you plan to go, don't be late.

We do plan to stay overnight Saturday night, heading back to B'ham Sunday morning.
Hotel arrangements have been made for all we know that wanted to go.
We may have a couple more spots left on hotel rooms and then it gets interesting on how to handle.

So, if you want to go and haven't already got in touch with Vicki or Debbie, you need you to let us know ASAP.
We can't promise accommodations after a certain point, esp. with this being so short notice.

We'll be leaving Verizon @ 7pm, so be there ready before then if you want to go.
If you didn't call before 3:45 and we released rooms, you are responsible to find a room, either bunking with others that have rooms or make your own reservation. But, you can still caravan if you meet up at Verizon before 7, so still let us know you plan to go.
